When you verify through this service using Discord, we collect and store:
- Your Discord user ID
- Your Discord username and display name
- The email address associated with your Discord account
- The date and time of verification, and your IP address at that time (for security auditing)
Why we collect it
This information is used solely to manage membership of the Discord server — to grant you access after verification and to let the server's administrators maintain an accurate member list. We do not sell this data or share it with third parties for marketing.
How it's stored
Data is stored in a private database accessible only to the server's administrators. We do not retain your Discord login tokens; the access granted during verification is used once to read your profile and email, then discarded.
Your choices
You can request that your record be deleted by contacting a server administrator. Deleting your record does not remove you from the Discord server itself.
